Halloween 2008

Tricks and Treats.....Halloween is officially over and the hype has begun. Mommy decided to let Katelyn have a little more candy this year (since she's older) and boy, was that a mistake. The day after Halloween, we went from Katelyn talking a mile a minute--no nap--to the busiest girl in the world (running back and forth)--to a little girl asleep for the remainder of the evening. Nevertheless, we had a great time full of fond memories. Tender Heart Bear (Ashleigh) almost took a tumble out of the wagon, while mom was "trying" to work the camera; Daddy, Hello Kitty (Katelyn) and her friend Snow Tiger (Logan), were scared by a man wearing bloody scrubs--long black wig--hospital mask--and a chain saw. A little girl was scared of the little live bear we were pulling along in our wagon. Later we realized, it was Ashleigh (our little care bear). Hello Kitty tripped several times. We smacked confetti eggs on each others heads.....and ended the evening with a family tradition--The great pumpkin Charlie Brown. Although we did not see the Great Pumpkin in Pflugerville that evening, we had many laughs.....Hope yours was fun and safe!
